Esther Godfrey is the founder of Color Couture and the driving force behind its reputation as one of Limerick’s leading hair salons and hair loss clinics.
With over 25 years of experience in professional hairdressing, Esther is a specialist in advanced colour work, blonding, precision cutting and premium hair extensions.
Her expertise extends deeply into non-surgical hair loss solutions, where she works closely with women and men experiencing thinning, alopecia and medical hair loss. Esther is known for her mastery of mesh integration, hair toppers, HD lace wigs and advanced scalp prosthetic systems.
In recognition of her work, Esther was awarded Irish Salon of the Year 2025/26 at the Prestige Awards, an honour reflecting excellence in colour, extensions, client care and specialist services.

Her strengths include bridal and occasion upstyles, highlights and colour services, making her a valued member of the Color Couture team. Ealanna is continuously developing her expertise and represents the future of the salon.

Senior Stylist & Salon Mentor
Rachel is a senior stylist specialising in precision cutting, styling and curly blowdries. With extensive salon experience, she also plays a mentoring role within Color Couture, supporting ongoing training and professional development for the team.
Her calm, confident approach ensures clients feel at ease while receiving consistently high-quality results.

Aine is an apprentice stylist who supports both salon services and hair loss maintenance appointments. As a hair loss trainee, she assists with system care and client comfort, gaining hands-on experience while developing her skills within the Color Couture clinic environment.

Dawn works part-time within the salon, supporting day-to-day services and providing professional makeup for special occasions. Her role adds versatility to the Color Couture experience, particularly for events and photoshoots.

Ivan works primarily behind the scenes, managing Color Couture’s digital presence and social media content. As a qualified barber with experience in men’s hair systems, he also supports male hair loss services, helping clients explore discreet, non-surgical solutions.
